"With the birth of our daughter in November 2017, we noticed she had signs of lop ear on her right ear, which did not improve within the first few days after birth. After putting the splints in place when our daughter was 3 weeks old, we saw noticeable change after the first 10 days, and continued the splinting for a total of 4 weeks.
